JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 2 15-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State. It has been alleged that others have caught hold of deceased, Shambhu Singh while Mahesh Nut, Vijay Nut, Ganjesh Nut and Naresh Nut gave indiscriminate blow of Dab and Tangi causing instantaneous death. Admittedly, petitioner is not an assailant as well as does not carry specific allegation. The aforesaid theme is also found supported with the order impugned. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Suresh Nut is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur PS Case No. 218 of 2013.
