Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court. Petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2014 on account of kidnapping of Arasi Kumari aged about 13 years. Arasi Kumari has been examined under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. whereunder, she has supported the factum of kidnapping by the petitioner. However, further elaborated that petitioner had taken her to the place of his sister from where she was rescued. It has also been disclosed that Sanjya (petitioner) had not misbehaved with her.
Accordingly, petitioner, Sanjay Choudhary @ Sanjay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-IV, Danapur in connection with Danapur PS

Case No. 555/2013 (S. Tr.No.1006/14), subject to the condition that petitioner will have to file an undertaking that he will not terrorize, threaten, induce or allure the victim as well as prosecution party during course of trial and in case, so complained, the privilege of bail granted to the petitioner by this court will automatically be ceased.
