| 4 | 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 25 of 2015 (arising out of Barahat P.S.Case No. 12 of 2014) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121, 121-A,307 and 353 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Sections 10, 13, 16, 18 and 20 of Unlawful Activities Act Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not named in the First Information Report. It is submitted that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of co- accused Shambhu Yadav and it is alleged that Shambhu Yadav and Brahmedeo Rana recovered from the house of the petitioner who were taking lunch and only allegation against the petitioner is that he used to feed Naxal.
