Case No. 23 of 2012 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012) registered under Sections 20(b), 22, 23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act with regard to recovery of 105 KG. Ganja from the possession of the petitioner which is more than commercial quantity of Ganja. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle from which Ganja was recovered, was hired and the petitioner is simply driver of the said vehicle and he has no concern with the recover Ganja.
