“Let the petitioners bring these facts to the notice of the learned Trial Court/Judge and pray for the same whereafter the concerned defendants shall be given an opportunity to file their reply/show cause and upon consideration whereof if it is found that the suit land has been alienated without seeking permission of the Court, the learned Trial Court would proceed to pass appropriate order nullifying the said sale deed or pass any other order as deemed fit and proper in accordance with law.”
Having considered the submissions made by the petitioners as well as the opposite parties, this Court finds no justification for review of the said order dated 13.02.2013 as no error apparent on the face of the record has been shown/demonstrated to this Court.
The present application is misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed with cost quantified at Rs. 1000/-.
