ORAL ORDER
19 10-03-2014 In view of the order dated 26.3.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.
No.7104 of 2010, learned counsel for the Corporation produces
a cheque bearing no.795345 dated 10.3.2014 for a sum of
Rs.21,51,343/- of Punjab National Bank, New Market, Patna
drawn in favour of the petitioner which has been duly handed
over to the learned counsel for the petitioner who put
endorsement to the effect that a cheque has been received by
him on behalf of the petitioner.
The Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal
Corporation vide its order dated 4.3.2014 has given a detailed
calculation of the aforesaid sum of Rs.21,51,343/-, which has
been annexed in the show cause dated 5.3.2014 filed on behalf
of the Opposite Party no.3.
Thus, I find that there has been compliance of the order
