Misc. No.32008 of 2013.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court by order dated 1.10.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32008 of 2013 disposed of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner with an observation that if the informant appears in the court below and supports the factum of comprise as contained in Annexure-2, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur would release the petitioner on bail to his satisfaction in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.32/2013.
The petitioner states that on account of ailment, he could not comply with the order of this Court. In support of his submission, he has annexed a medical certificate.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the
