5 23-04-2014 In the light of the order of the High Court to take action against the persons involved in illegal distribution of APL/BPL coupon, authorities have taken action against the Panchayat Secretary concerned as F.I.R. has been lodged against him.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that illegality committed by the Panchayat Secretary has been done on the basis of identification made by the Mukhiya of the Panchayat. Mukhiya having not been made accused, it is only half-hearted
