SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 26-03-2014 In the light of the order of the High Court dated 15.10.2012, Annexure-1 respondent authorities have passed order dated 07.05.2013 holding that the community hall in question has been raised on the land donated by Sri Vishwa Bandhu Rai by virtue of a registered deed. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition, which is, accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.05.2013 in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the same.
