11 05-03-2014 It is submitted by the counsel for the Bihar State Staff Selection Commission that the order of this Court dated 28.02.2014 observing that the relaxation granted in age without granting relaxation in qualification to the candidate who earlier served as Amin pursuant to 2007 advertisement in the Collectorate is meaningless, has been challenged by the Commission by filing L.P.A. No. 388 of 2014 and the Division Bench of this Court has been pleased to stay the said order.
