16 03-09-2014 Writ application is now disposed of in view of the position indicated in the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the University.

Petitioner is free to approach the College to receive the payment already sent by the University as arrears of salary. The Principal has an obligation to make payment to the petitioner without further delay on this count, which has not been paid to the petitioner so far.

So far as earned leave is concerned, counsel representing the University informs the Court that they have to verify the position because earlier some payment seems to have been made.
