4 03-09-2014 The matter now boils down to deduction of sum of Rs.51,295/- against payment of No Claim Bonus.

The stand taken by the insurance company is that after verification of records certain amount was reconciled and payment has been released in favour of the petitioner. However, they did not release the balance amount because till date there is no confirmation on the issue of No Claim Bonus. It is now left open to the petitioner to establish or produce evidence with regard to same even now and there is an obligation created upon the insurance company to release the balance amount under the No Claim Bonus head, which has been deducted, within a
