through the same counsel for the petitioner points out two aspects of the matter that there is some payment due under the pension scheme of the petitioner between the time when the provisional pension came to an end and a final pension was authorized.

The District Education Officer will verify the position whether there is some period for which payment under pension head was not paid to the petitioner during interregnum.

Other grievance of the petitioner is that commutation of pension has not been authorized as yet. However, recommendation along with pension papers were forwarded to the Accountant General as has been indicated and stated in para 5 (v) as far back as on 24.9.2013.

The Accountant General, Bihar will process the commutation aspect as well if such a recommendation has been received and is in accordance with the rules. If there is any difficulty, the Accountant General will communicate to the petitioner the position which emerges with regard to demand for commutation.
