statutory alternative remedy in terms of Rule-15 of the 2006 Rules i.e. filing an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal).
That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
In case the petitioner files his complaint/appeal before the Tribunal, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously.
