The grievance of the petitioner, in this writ application as with regard to non-consideration of his case for appointment in the lot of 34540 posts of teachers sought to be filled up in terms of Advertisement no. 210 of 2010, is confined that even though he had passed the teachers training examination from a Government teachers training college, the same was shown to be in the list of fake institution, prepared under the supervision of the Apex Court.

Now when the counter affidavit has been filed and the mist has been cleared wherein it has been stated that the institution from which the petitioner has passed the teachers training

examination is a Government college and not a fake institution.

In view of the above, this Court would direct the authorities that the case of the petitioner should also be considered as against 2413 posts of teachers strictly in accordance with merit position now to be decided for these 2413 posts as per the general directions given in the order dated 15.01.2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 17899 of 2012 and its analogous cases.
