2 09-01-2014 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner was appointed as Junior Engineer on 2.1.1988 by the Road Construction Department. He submits that presently he is In-charge of Dhamdaha 1 and Dhamdaha 2 sections, but he is not allowed to conduct and look after the works of these sections. However, the same is unauthorizedly supervised by some other Junior engineers. The petitioner further submits that he has already filed representation dated 3.12.2013 (Annexure-2) before respondent no.4 in this respect.

In case, the petitioner files a fresh representation

along with a copy of this order, respondent no.3 would dispose
