The petitioner was appointed in the office of Electric

Sub Division at Birpur on 09.02.1968 on the post of Supervisor. On 11.03.1969, he was promoted as Electrical Technician by the Superintending Engineer, Barrage Circle, Birpur.

The petitioner submits that from 11.03.1969 till his retirement i.e. 31.07.2003, he has not been given his time bound promotion / A.C.P.

The petitioner has even made representations to the concerned authorities, which are contained in Annexures- 2, 3 and 4.

In case, if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the concerned respondents, he would dispose of the claim of the petitioner for grant of time bound promotion / A.C.P. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It goes without saying that any subsequent enhancement in the pay scale would also necessitate revision in pensionary benefits.
