| went to join her duty on 08.04.2008, her joining was not accepted by the Secretary and Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat. For this grievance, she has filed this writ application in 2013 i.e. after 5 years. In the circumstances, this Court does not consider it appropriate to entertain the complaint of petitioner at this belated stage. The writ application is dismissed. |
