3 09-01-2014 Stand of the University is that the result of the petitioner has already been published as far back in the year 1999 itself. It is open to the petitioner now to make an application with the requisite fee for issuance of the requisite certificate, if she so desires.
Writ application is disposed of in view of the stand taken by the University. On an application being filed by the petitioner with requisite fee, the Controller of Examination will release the requisite certificate in favour of the petitioner with regard to the said examination preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application with a copy of this order.
