JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 7 08-01-2014 The Court will not entertain the present writ application on the merits taking into consideration the observation of a learned single Judge in a previous writ application filed by the petitioner, which was CWJC no.2446 of 2005, disposed of on 1.8.2006. The learned single Judge had permitted withdrawal of the writ application with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a contempt petition. Instead of filing a contempt petition, the petitioner has filed yet another writ application in the year 2012.
