The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant’s sister Chandan Devi was married with Uday Singh a decade back. The wedlock resulted into two issuesone son and one daughter. Poonam Devi the second sister of the informant was married with Hari Lal Singh about 15 years prior to the occurrence. He informed through mobile that Chandan Devi has taken some poison and her condition is serious. The informant rushed and found her dead. The informant suspected that she has been killed by her in-laws.
