Allegation against the petitioner is of ordering his son who has assaulted the informant’s son and the petitioner has stabbed the informant’s son which has caused injury upon his chest and stomach. The injury report of the injured Waqar Murtaza who is alleged to have been stabbed by the petitioner has been brought on record through Annexure-2. Waqar Murtaza had three injuries and all the injuries were found to be simple. Submission is that there is no intervening circumstance. The petitioner is an old person.
