2 02-06-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. According to the prosecution case, twenty live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is contended that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. He is in custody since 1st January, 2014 and has got no criminal antecedent.
Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.156 of 2013.
