The petitioners seek bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 376(D)/324 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant has described as to how she was brutally raped by the petitioners. She was medically examined and the doctor has supported her version. She in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has also narrated her agony.
Considering this, I am not inclined to grant bail to the
above named petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is
