The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act against Bhushan Mahto and two unknown. It has been alleged that the person sitting by the side of Bhushan Mahto has fired which has proved fatal to the informant’s wife. The informant had shared one Scorpio vehicle with Bhushan Mahto but he has not paid Rs. 50,000/- to him and was still utilizing that vehicle so the offence was committed.
Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR who is known to the informant from before. The petitioner has been falsely framed in the case without any legal material.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013.
