Having regard to the fact that the co-accused Rabindra Singh, having an identical allegation for offences under Section 341, 323, 504, 379/34 I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(x) S.C./S.T. Act has already been granted anticipatory bail by an order of this Court dated 30.09.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 25903 of 2013, this Court also, in order to maintain parity, would be inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner specially when he has got no criminal antecedent.
That being so, if the petitioner, namely, Ritesh Kumar Singh would surrender within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial magistrate, Bhojpur,
