	Having regard to the statement of the victim girl before
	the concerned court that she is married to the petitioner on her
	own sweet will and that there is also a two years old child out of the marriage with the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the allegation against the petitioner in
	the connected criminal case for offence under Section 366A/34
	IPC would direct for release of the petitioner, namely, Pravin
	Yadav @ Pravin Yasdav on bail, in the event of his surrender
	within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
	of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
	the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection
	with in Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 319 of 2009 subject to the
	conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and also

subject to the following three conditions:

(i) The two bail bonds, both of his close family relative of the petitioner will be furnished.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present in course of trial on each and every date and his absence on two consecutive dates would automatically entail the consequences of cancellation of his bail.

(iii) The petitioner, in case, is now made accused in any other criminal case that by itself would lead to cancellation of his bail.
