The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered initially on 26.9.2013 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 28.10.2013 Sections 307/506 of the Indian Penal Code was added subsequently. Allegation against the petitioner is of giving sickle blow. Submission is that no such injury as alleged has been found against the petitioner. The doctor has found the injury to be caused by hard and blunt substance. In para-3 the petitioner has mentioned that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
