The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered on 16.11.2013 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the impugned order that the injured has died, so Section 302 Indian Penal Code was added. Submission is that the death was after one month of the occurrence. The allegation is of giving lathi blow upon the head of informant’s father is against Sheshnath Chaudhary. No overt act of assault has been alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
