Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge V/concerned Court, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 19 of 1994 with condition that one of the bailors shall be the Government/Semi Government Employee.
