The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol and one cartridge on 8.12.2013 and since then he is in custody.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned Court, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013.
