The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 406, 409, 120(B) 467, 468, 384 of the I.P.C. In course of investigation of another case, the informant came to know that the government money of different Government schemes deposited with Dehti PACS under a planned conspiracy. Dehti Paccs has its accounts in different Nationalized Banks. Allegation is that Paccs Manager Rudranand Jha was playing main role and in connivance with different muscle man, withdrawn the huge amount from the account of Dehti Paccs from different Nationalized Banks and misappropriated the money.
