The petitioner is Dewar of the informant. The informant was married in 2003 with the petitioner’s elder brother Rajesh Malakar but after his death the petitioner established physical relationship with the informant on 15.10.2006 and that relationship continued on the assurance of marriage. Later on he refused to marry her. Annexuie-2, an admit card granted by Bihar School Examination Board showing that his date of birth is 1.1.1992 meaning thereby, he was juvenile on the date of

occurrence.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was opposed by learned counsel appearing for the informant.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bojpur, Ara/concerned court in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.186 of 2013.
