Petitioners, who are in-laws of the deceased, seek bail in a case registered under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the I.P.C. The allegation has been levelled that the informant’s daughter was killed due to her inability to fulfill the dowry demand. Submission is that in course of investigation it has come that the petitioner has committed suicide because she was not taken to the place where her husband was working as Dresser in hospital.
