2 12-03-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
This is an application seeking cancellation of
privilege granted to opposite party no. 2 namely Anuj Ram
alias Ram Anuj Ram @ Anuj Kumar, vide order dated 10 th
January 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45740/2013, in
connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 161/2012
pending before Shri Sanjeev Kumar 1 st , Judicial Magistrate,
Begusarai.
It is submitted that apart from two criminal
cases referred in the order opposite party no. 2 carries
altogether three more cases such as Begusarai Town P.S.
Case No. 252/2011, Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 427/2009
and Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 161/2012.
The petitioner here is at liberty to place all these
facts before the court below who shall do the needfuls in
accordance with law.
With the above observation, this application
stands disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the
court below as aforesaid through FAX at the cost of
petitioner.
