On the last occasion, notice had been issued to the Opposite Party No.2 in order to initiate settlement, but the Opposite Party No.2 has not appeared. In view of such, finding no merit in the application, same is dismissed.
The Petitioner shall deposit the entire arrears if he has not done so already.
