the State.
The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 07.02.2014 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Cr. Rev. No. 76 of 2013 by which it has confirmed the order dated 05.03.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 2524 of 2012.
In view of the order dated 18.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13360 of 2014, finding no merit in the present application as well, the same is dismissed.
