Above noted both the applications have arisen out of one occurrence i.e. Bihiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013 as such they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Cr. Misc. No. 6284 of 2014 that the petitioner no. 1 has been admitted to bail by the learned court below on the ground of juvenility, as such, the petition on his behalf has become infructuous.

The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 15 (2), 16 of Petrolium and Mineral Pipeline Act against unknown regarding theft of crude oil from the Patna Mugalsarai Pipe line of Indian Oil Corporation.

Submission is that the petitioners have been made accused only on the basis of confession which has no evidentiary value.

Prayer for bail of the petitioners has been opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named of both the cases are directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013.
