The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered against Suresh Ram, Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, Manoj Mistry and Nagmani for the offences under sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code on 7.7.2013. By order dated 28.07.2013 section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Submission is that the petitioner is a lady and has not been named as an accused in the Fardbeyan. She has been roped in on the basis of recovery of ornaments which belong to the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the F.I.R. named accused Manoj Kumar Chaudhary and others have been admitted to bail by different Benches of this Court.
