Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013 giving rise to N.D.P.S. case No. 2 of 2013.
