The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
A secret information was received on 13.12.2013 that in the house of Shashi Ranjan the shop run by the co-accused and his associates dealing with business of SIM Card of Reliance company forgery was being committed by filing information of different person using photograph, I-Card and other information and sold to the persons having criminal background.
Submission is that four persons were apprehended and the petitioner was not apprehended and his name has come

only on the basis of confession. The petitioner had no business of supplying of SIM Card and he is not the final authority. Further submission is that present case is the first case in which the petitioner has been implicated.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Khyati Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class/court concerned, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 508 of 2013.
