informant. It has been submitted that the informant is helpless and she is not getting any economical assistance from the petitioner to maintain herself and her child.
Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Begusarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012.
However, the informant would be at liberty to
approach the Family Court for redressal of her grievance.
