The informant’s daughter aged 17 years did not return subsequently returned and was medically examined her age to be 18 – 20 years. She in her statement has stated that she was taken but had not alleged any foul act against any of the accused.

A report has been called for from which it appears that the case is pending for commitment.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners of both the petitions be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 196 of 2009.
