The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498A, 307, 304B of the I.P.C. and ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant’s daughter was married on 2.6.2013 with Sanjeet Kumar and between 5.6.2013 and 06.06.2013 she was badly beaten and accused persons set her on fire. She was taken to hospital, where she has been declared dead.
Submission is that in course of investigation number of witnesses have stated that the informant’s daughter was not satisfied with the marriage and she committed suicide. This finding has also come in supervision note.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P. S. Case No. 201/2013.
