8/ 09-12-2014 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 24.10.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in Nawada, Mufassil P.S. Case No.05 of 2012.
The Petitioner submits that he being the Informant was not heard before the matter was surreptitiously sent to the Lok Adalat for disposal.
On the contrary, counsel for the State points out that it has been noted in the order dated 24.10.2013 that the Petitioner was present there and it is only on hearing him and noting the fact that no protest petition has been filed the case was sent to Lok Adalat and hence, his grievance appears to be misplaced.
