This is the second modification application on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 23.11.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30408 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The order dated 23.11.2012 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
