Informant’s wife eloped with the petitioner. She has taken away the informant’s son, cash of Rs.30,000/- and the ornaments. The occurrence of 27.07.2013 was reported to police through a written report on 31.07.2013.
Submission is that even according to allegation of the informant, his wife accompanied the petitioner according to her own will, so there is no question of elopement and abduction. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant while opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner has submitted that the informant’s wife and son are still traceless.
