Having regard to the observation made in the aforesaid order dated 14th October, 2014, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No.63 of 2013.
