Misc. No.43111 of 2014 whereby the petitioner has been directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur. It has been contended that inadvertently it was wrongly stated in the prayer portion of the bail application that the petitioner be released to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur whereas the matter is pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
