The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 78 of 2011 registered under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.
Considering the nature of material which transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail.
